We offer a host of services in our shop; just bring in your computer and we’ll take care of the rest.
Flat Rate Services
For a lot of the in-shop services that we offer, we charge a flat rate based on how much time the service “should” take us to complete. Often, these flat rates wind up costing less than our normal hourly rate. These services include:

Computer Drop-off Process
When you bring your computer to us, we take the time to fully understand the problems you are facing. If your computer issues require us to investigate the problem (e.g. this thing intermittently makes this sound), we’ll check your device in and charge a small diagnostic fee. Once we’ve determined the problem, we’ll follow up with you with next steps and any further costs associated with the repair. Sometimes problems are resolved during the diagnostic process, and no additional costs would be incurred.
System Board Repair
Sometimes it’s more cost-effective to simply fix a system board rather than replacing it. We have the tools and knowledge to repair circuit boards in-house.

Do you hate how with each MacOS update, your older MacBook seems to be just a tad bit slower? We can give your machine some new life by maxing out the memory (RAM) and replacing your old hard drive with a solid state drive (SSD). Make it zoom again!

Do you type faster than your standard keyboard allows for, or yearn for the feel of a good ol’ fashioned mechanical keyboard? We can help find the right keyboard for your needs, or build one for you if nothing meets your standards. Gaming systems can be demanding beasts. We can help design the perfect system for you so that you can get the full PC gaming experience.
Liquid Damage Repair
Have you spilled something on your laptop and now it’s acting wonky? DO NOT PUT IT IN RICE!!! We can deep clean your laptop’s internal components in our ultrasonic cleaner, which will remove all of the residue left behind by the dried liquid. We can also replace any components on your logic board that may have fried do to the accident.
